My Approach

Every couple brings a unique story. I use an integrative style rooted in Humanistic and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners deepen understanding and strengthen connection. I also incorporate:

  • Attachment-based therapy to address patterns rooted in closeness and security

  • Interpersonal and Solution-Focused strategies to improve communication and resolve conflict

  • Positive Psychology techniques to help couples build on strengths and shared values

My role is to guide you in breaking unhelpful cycles, fostering empathy, and creating space for healthier, more fulfilling connection.
