I envisioned myself pursuing a career in a helping profession to harness that empathy. I chose a career as a therapist after a mentor taught me how mutually uplifting the therapeutic work of empowering individuals towards healing and health could be.

About Myself

I have always been curious about people's feelings and experienced a strong sense of empathy for anyone in distress from an early age.

My Approach

I view life's challenges as opportunities for growth and approach every client's presentation with optimism and flexibility. The flexibility of Integrative Therapy enables me to combine treatment strategies from an array of psychotherapy practices to best fit each client’s uniquely personal motivation for change. From a Humanistic foundation, I collaborate with clients to help them access their internal strengths. I pair this Humanistic approach with practices from Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused (EFT), Attachment, Solution Focused, and Family Systems therapies for a most impactful therapeutic experience that fosters resolution, growth, and fulfillment.

My Communication Style

I am attuned, curious, non-judgmental, and empathic. My deep respect for the human experience informs my approach and communication style with every client. As a mother, wife, sister, and daughter living in the culture-rich Bay Area, I bring a genuinely relatable human experience to my work.

My Focus

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as communication coaching to those facing challenges related to life transitions, work-life balance, relationship stress, family conflict, parent-child communication, women’s issues, aging, stress management, overwhelm, anxiety, low motivation, indecision, perfectionism, and depression.
