Welcome
My name is Kristina Alexander, a California Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing for over 19 years here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I provide therapy across California via telehealth and in-person appointments at my Downtown Burlingame office. I offer therapy and communication coaching to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan for a range of presenting issues and concerns. Using an Integrative therapeutic approach, I seek to empower clients as they work through their challenges towards meaningful change and emotional wellness.
